The study skills model addresses organization strategies for notebooks, materials, and assignments; study space;and time. The second part addresses three "foundation" study skills: reading and listening for main ideas, applying two-column note-taking skills, and summarizing. The final part of the model combines the foundation skills for building textbook, testing, and research and report writing skills.
